Which sites are supported?

YouTube, public Instagram reels/posts, and direct media links (ending in .mp3, .mp4, .m4a, etc.). Private, login-only, or age-restricted content will fail. TikTok and Spotify are not supported. YouTube sometimes blocks cloud servers — short public clips work best; if downloads fail repeatedly, try again later.

Why does a 4K video sometimes show only 360p or 720p?

YouTube often provides 1080p and 4K as separate video and audio tracks. FileKit shows only complete qualities that can be downloaded reliably with both picture and sound, so the available maximum may be lower than YouTube's playback quality.

Is my download stored on your server?
